3.1 If you contact us by using the form on the website or by e-mail, we will process the personal data you provide (e-mail, name, telephone number as well as your inquiry or the associated documents) for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions for the fulfillment of (pre-)contractual obligations or on the basis of legitimate interests. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is necessary for the provision and the security of our website. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not link these data to certain individuals. After processing for the mentioned purposes, the data will be deleted.

4.1 HUB THREE will not process the data provided to it for purposes other than those covered by the mandate agreement or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. This excludes the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been anonymized.

4.2 HUB THREE will not keep data longer than necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations by HUB THREE and for the defense of any liability claims.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1 In order to fulfill your order, it may also be necessary to transfer your data to third parties (e.g. subcontractors and service providers that HUB THREE uses and to whom HUB THREE provides data, etc.). HUB THREE endeavors to ensure that data mishaps are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the competent supervisory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.
